Kencar Ghana Limited has yet again added to their list of Ghanaian celebrity brand, the signing on of Hip Life new comers Twens.

The Ghanaian Hip Hop music industry has witness the birth of a new “REVOLUTION” of UN identical Twens, whose perception about music is very broaden.

Twens known in real life as Manuel Kojo Amegbe & Henry Kojo Gyan were born, raised,studied and schooled in Ghana. 

Describing their parts in the group, they lamented: ‘ Manuel Kojo, the singer of the group blends local music (HIGH LIFE) and that of R & B/ Hip hop music into a unique blend of genre that you just might love to hear with his silky voice navigating the whole of the music into another dimension.

Henry Kojo on the other hand is the rapper of the group and blends his local tongue (TWI) into Hip hop and R & B grooves leaving listeners guessing what he must be saying, a style that makes him so different from the other rappers. KENCAR SEARCHING FOR NEW FACES....


Kencar comes again with another captivating model search and this time it’s not the Caribbean’s but Ghana.
Kencar a global group company with its office in Ghana has come out with the kencar model search…….
A model search which looks to unveil the beauty in Ghana. The search will be judged by a shoot that will be done for models who will apply. The shoot is free and open to all models in Ghana and West Africa.
There are no registrations and certainly no restrictions in height and weight and other aspects in the modeling field. This shoot is centered to recruit models for kencar fashion magazine which will be released in may (issue 4) and will be sold in the states, Trinidad and Tobago and Ghana.
Kencar is in Ghana to stay and change the face of fashion and modeling in Ghana.
With an interview with the general manager Mr. Augustine Asare, he disclosed to us that kencar will be starting its own fashion school in May. The school will not only train models but groom them to compete in the international market using our magazine. We have signed all our partnerships to begin our school and have been accredited to kencar in the states.

D-BLACK & NK STUDIOS KICK OFF ′SAY NO TO DRUGS′ SHS TOUR ON MARCH 3RD

 NK STUDIOS together with D-BLACK is set to kick off a senior high school tour on the theme say NO to drugs on the 3rd of March 2012 in about five confirmed schools in and out of the region �Greater Accra.

D-black who in 2011 ended his YESS BOSS CONCERT inside the Conference Center to a very manageable crowd is poised to treat his senior high school fans to some good educational themes and end it with a performance in all the schools.

Kicking off on Saturday 3rd March D-Black is set to electrify the stages in 5 regions, 5 cities, and 5 High schools hip hop style under the theme of Drug Abuse Awareness.
Aimed at reaching the masses under the age of 21, D-Black, his Black Avenue Muzik team and NK Studios will send a very simple message across to the youth on this tour saying �No matter your profession, gender or background, creativity and acceptance should never be influenced by drugs�.

NK STUDIOS is to take D-black through the Western Region, Takoradi (Arch Bishop Porter Girls Sec. School) on March 3rd, in Cape Coast on the 10th of March at the (Aggrey Memorial Secondary School), in the Eastern Region (Akim Oda � Odaso Secondary School) on the 17th of March and hit Kumasi, (St. Loius Senior High School) on the 24th of March and the Volta Region, (Ola Girls Senior High School) on Saturday the 31st of March.

According to NK Studios the tour is to give students the opportunity to interact with D-Black via photo shoot and autograph signing sessions as well as be a part of the soon to kick off �D-Black �My Kinda Girl� Dance Competition� running from the 20th of February till the 31st of March, winners of it will receive D-Black merchandise as well as �Say No To Drugs� memorabilia.

The D-Black Live in SHS Tour is spearheaded by NK Studios, Mothercare Educational Centre and supported by Black Avenue Muzik and partnered by GTV & Crystal TV.
